Adhere to ethical and lawful website practices in compliance with relevant regulations.
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in project delays or suboptimal outcomes, for which Galaxy Global cannot be held liable.
All fees are outlined in the proposal or invoice provided before project commencement.
Payment must be made in full before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, or other payment gateways as specified.
Galaxy Global strives to deliver the highest quality services. However, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund.
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of payment if:
The agreed deliverables have not been provided.
The services rendered do not meet the agreed scope.
Non-Refundable Payments:
Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:
Galaxy Global will cease all work immediately.
The client will pay for any services already completed.
All rights and licenses granted to the client for delivered work remain valid.
Galaxy Global is not liable for:
Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from delays or unforeseen issues beyond our control.
Outcomes that result from non-compliance with SEO guidelines or algorithm changes by search engines.
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technical data, and proprietary tools.
All content created by Galaxy Global, including guest posts, articles, and link placements, remains the property of Galaxy Global until full payment is received. Upon payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the client.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of VietNam. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of VietNam
Galaxy Global reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
